On this claim we were able to work with the insured contractor, using Xactimate 28, to reach an agreed cost of repair to pre loss condition. The property was heavily damaged.  In working with the insured and the contractor, we were able to reach an agreed scope & estimate, have contents restored or replaced with LKQ, and the insured was very pleased to have their claim resolved without conflict.

A fleet of drones will be set in place to access high roof systems, steeples, etc.  With these drones, we will be able to more efficiently determine if a crane is needed, saving a potential $1,500.00.
