It is with very heavy hearts that we write to you today. On Thursday, June 22, 2017, our Owner and President, J. Mathew Ouellette unexpectedly passed away.

A memorial gathering will be held from 11am – 1pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, Indianapolis. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Indiana Addictions Issues Coalition: 1431 N. Delaware St. Indianapolis, IN 46202. All Ouellette and Associates’ staff and adjusters will continue to work 24/7/365 to uphold Matt’s legacy of providing our clients with the highest level of professionalism in the handling of all claims. We will carry on business-as-usual and continue with the same level of success he and our team has achieved over the past 17 years.

Our CEO, Joseph Ouellette will step in to lead our team thru this difficult time and beyond.
